DiskALERT is intended as a digital reminder tool for vehicle owners and companies with vehicle fleets to track the expiry of their license disks and that of their driver's license cards.

1. Limitation of Liability

'diskALERT' does not accept responsibility for any fines, legal consequences, missed/late renewals, or damages arising from forgotten or expired license disks, or any trouble experienced due the ''user'' negligence. The user remains fully responsible for ensuring license disk compliance with their respective authority in their own respective country.

2. Accuracy of Information

All vehicle information is manually entered by the user, and to the discretion of the user alone, and therefore any reminder date is determined by the user themselves. We recommend to double check the ''expiry date'' entered and saved in the app, after the vehicle has been loaded to eliminate any disappointment. 'diskALERT' does not verify or validate the correctness, form or currency of any data entered. The information you enter is done at the user's own risk.

3. App Availability

While we strive to keep the app operational, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

4. Subscription & Tier Use

Free subscription named "Free" is limited to 1 vehicle(s) or expressed as ''units''. Paid tiers increase more limits and additional features; exceeding limits will require upgrading or purchasing add-ons (also expressed as in-app purchases).

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify features, pricing thereof, and terms with or without notice to users. We reserve the right to modify existing subscription prices, with or without notice to users.

By using 'diskALERT', you acknowledge and accept these terms and limitations, indefinitely.
